Denise is the visionary behind Cecile’s Place and our sister organization, Complete In-Home Care Services, Inc. Her leadership is grounded in compassion and a deep commitment to elevating elder care through innovation, empathy, and excellence.
Chelsea
Chelsea is the heartbeat behind the scenes at Cecile’s Place, ensuring every detail runs smoothly with care and intention. As our Administrator, she oversees daily operations with precision, while also leading scheduling, human resources, and publicity efforts.
Courtenay
Director Courtenay wears two hats with grace and energy, serving as both Administrator of the facility and our dynamic Activities Director. As a licensed physical trainer, she brings a unique focus on wellness, mobility, and strength-building to our daily programming.
Cris
Cris is a tireless advocate for client care and comfort. He not only oversees personalized care plans but also ensures that each resident feels truly seen, heard, and supported. His calm demeanor and clinical expertise make him a trusted guide for families and a pillar of our caregiving team.
House Moms
Our House Moms are the heart of Cecile’s Place. With nurturing spirits and loving hands, they provide daily comfort, companionship, and care that feels like home. Whether it is a warm meal, a kind word, or a gentle hug, they bring family into every moment.
Care Attendants
Our care attendants are the hands-on heroes of daily life. Shanique, Tyler, and Matt, to name a few, bring energy, empathy, and dedication to every shift. Whether assisting with mobility, personal care, or simply sharing a laugh, they create a safe and uplifting environment for our residents.
Extended Care Team
Through our partnership with Complete In‑Home Care Services, Inc., we are proud to collaborate with a broad and highly skilled network of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional in‑home support. Our extended care team includes:
- • Home Care Aides (HCA): Compassionate professionals trained to assist with daily living activities, personal care, companionship, mobility support, and routine household tasks, helping clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes
- • Highly Skilled Caregivers: Experienced caregivers who provide essential physical care, including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility assistance, and monitoring of basic health indicators.

• Additional Care Managers: Dedicated coordinators who oversee care plans, support
families, manage service scheduling, advocate for client needs, and ensure every aspect of care is delivered seamlessly and consistently.
